  27. In translating CONDOR for the present compiler, we overlooked MONITOR 15.1A's 
  28. requirement of RIGHT-justifying the bps rate ASCII string " 300."  PCBOARD.SYS 
  29. LEFT-justifies this string.  The effect was to deny 300 bps callers access to
  30. MONITOR, by displaying "Consult DOCS to run in local mode."
